Call for participation - The 4th Pacific-Rim Symposium on Image and Video Technology |

Pacific-Rim Symposium on Image and Video Technology is a symposia series which serves to provide a forum for presenting and exploring the newest research and development in image and video technology. The 4th Pacific-Rim Symposium on Image and Video Technology (PSIVT2010) will be held from November 14-17, 2010 at Nanyang Executive Center (NEC), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.
The symposium will bring together the latest development in both theoretical and practical aspects of image and video technology, artistic and consumer innovations. It invites researchers, artists, developers, educators, performers, and practitioners of image and video technology from the Pacific Rim and around the world.
High quality research papers have been selected through a vigorous double-blind review process for presentation at the symposium. There are also 2 tutorials planned for PSIVT 2010:
1) Face Recognition - by Prof Stan Z. Li from Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China.
2) Perceptual Visual Manipulations: From Modules to Systems - by Prof Weisi Lin from School of Computer Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
