PREMIA (Singapore)

The following lists the membership registration and annual fees:

Regular Member:
Registration fee -- S$15
Annual fee -- S$20

Student Member:
Registration fee -- S$10
Annual fee -- S$10

Institutional Member:
Registration fee -- S$20
Annual fee -- S$200

1. If you are first-time applicant, you need to pay both annual fee and registration fee, and you will get 1+ year membership. For example, if your payment is received on Feb 2nd 2009, your membership will not expire until Sep 1st 2010.

2. If you want to upgrade your student membership to regular membership, you only need to pay the regular member annual fee. You do not need to apply for new membership.

3. If you want to renew your membership before it expires or within one year after it expires, you only need to pay the annual fee.

4. If you want to renew your membership after it expires for more than one year, you will need to pay both annual fee and registration fee, but you do not need to apply for new membership.

Note: The PREMIA membership runs on a yearly basis and is effective 1st September through 31st August. Membership application may be submitted year-round.

For cheque payment, please write your name and your membership number (found in your application approval email) on the back of the cheque. Please make your cheque payable to

If you wish to pay by internet banking, please contact Dr. Lu Shijian at slu@i2r.a-star.edu.sg for account information. After successful online transfer, please email the transaction reference number to Dr. Lu Shijian for confirmation.

** Important: Please make payment only after you receive the approval email.
** Important: Student member's payment must be accompanied with the proof of student status (preferably the student status letter issued by the university's administration office).
