 PREMIA,
formed in Singapore in March 2004, is a member of the International
Association of Pattern Recognition (IAPR). The
objective of the association is to promote
greater use and awareness of pattern recognition and
machine intelligence related technologies in both
academia and industry.
The benefits of PREMIA membership include the
following:
- PREMIA Members are entitled to all
benefits of IAPR membership, including acess
to the quarterly IAPR e-Newsletter, and a 10%
discount in registration fees for all IAPR
conferences and workshops.
- PREMIA Members enjoy discounted or free
attendance at local PREMIA
events, including industry outreach
activities, focused seminars, conferences,
courses, or lectures.
- PREMIA Members have access to the PREMIA
web site that provides a one-stop service
to pattern recognition and machine intelligence
links and database.
- Institutional members will be
given the above discounts for up to 10 staff
members. In addition, they will enjoy
preferential discounts/arrangement for exhibition
in connection with events organized by PREMIA.
