Public reporting burden (for collecting information, filling application form, etc.) at each step mentioned in this Guide is estimated as following: Step I: Obtaining A Web Account -- 5 minutes, Step II: Submitting Your PREMIA Registration -- 15 minutes, Step II: Proceeding with Payment -- 30 minutes.
Your online application usually will be processed in three (3) working days.
Step I: Obtaining A Web Account
To start your online registration, you must have a web account on the PREMIA web site. To obtain a web account, follow the "Create New Account" link on the PREMIA web site index page (Fig. 1), or the corresponding link on the login page of the PREMIA members' area (Fig. 2).

Then you will be asked for your active email address, your login username, and your nickname (Fig 3). You must provide a valid email address to receive the initial password of your web account. The nickname, not necessarily your real name, will appear in your submitted articles, forum posters, etc.

After your submission, you will receive an email that contains your web account username and password (Fig 4). If you did not receive this email in one working day, please report the problem to the webmaster after double confirming your email address.

Step II: Submitting Your PREMIA Registration
With the web account username and password provided in the email, login to the Members' Area (Fig 5)

Your will be able to check your web account status as well as membership status (Fig 6).
Tip: You may want to change your web account password at your first login (Blue arrow in Fig 6).

Follow the "Register here" link under Membership Status section to proceed with your membership registration (Red arrow in Fig 6). Alternatively, click the "My Info" navigation icon (Fig 7) to proceed with your membership registration.

Fill and submit the membership registration form with your personal details and academic details (Fig 8). For the Full name field, leave your real name for the committee's review. Your information in this form are confidential and will not be viewable to general public.

After receiving your application, the server will assign you a provisional Membership Number and confirm your application through email. You will also see your updated Membership Status on the Members' Area home page (Figure 9).

Your application will then be assessed by the society committee. You will be notified with the outcome of the committee's review over email. Your Membership Status will be updated accordingly (Figure 10 gives an example). The reviewer may also contact you over email in person regarding to your application.

Step III: Proceeding with Payment
When your application is approved, there may be a registration/annual fee due on your membership. This will be reflected in the email sent to you as well as your updated Membership Status. Please follow the instructions in the email to proceed with payment. Alternatively, find the payment information online via the "Payment Info" navigation icon on the Members' Area page (Fig 11).

Your payment will be confirmed over email. In addition, your Membership Status will be updated accordingly (Fig 12).
