1.      A good degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

2.      Skilled in Java, C++ programming and application prototype development.

3.      Experience and/or interest in situation awareness modeling and command and
control.

4.      Knowledge in cognitive science, neural networks, knowledge representation,
ontology, and autonomous systems will be an advantage.

The commencing salary for the above post will commensurate with the candidates'
qualifications and experience.
