Conference Tracks and Sessions
------------------------------------------------------
To enhance the interaction among local and global researchers, the official language of
the conference is English. In order to attract more local and world-wide participants from
to the conference, the conference consists of two types of tracks, Local Track and International Track.

in Chinese will be arranged in the Local Track.

Note that, only the papers from the International Track will be considered to be published in
the journals. Each track includes General Sessions and Invited Sessions

General Sessions:
Papers on topics of general relevance to the conference will be presented in General Sessions,
which will be chaired by prominent researchers.

Invited Sessions:
Invited Sessions are organized and chaired by researchers who have a special interest in the
topic of the session.
Organizers of Invited Sessions undertake to
* Select a topic of interest to themselves and to conference delegates;
* Obtain four to six papers on this topic;
* Have these papers reviewed by at least two experts;
* Provide soft and hard copy final camera-ready papers;
